Bonneville Environmental Foundation - BEF is a non-profit organization established in 1998 to restore watershed ecosystems and further the development and use of renewable energy resources. Through revenues generated from the sales of green power products, BEF funds and manages projects that restore damaged watersheds and support new renewable energy.  BEF also assists utilities and businesses to develop and deploy small scale renewable energy demonstation projects.

TILLAMOOK PUD - Tillamook People's Utility District (PUD) is a customer-owned utility founded in 1933 and providing electric service in Tillamook County and parts of Clatsop and Yamhill Counties in Oregon serving about 21,000 customers in an area of 1,125 square miles.  Tillamook PUD is committed to responsible and sustainable energy development, deployment, and management.
